Ingredient: tansy
What it is: HerbFlowering herbaceous plant with finely divided compound leaves and yellow, buttonlike flowers. The scent is similar to that of camphor with hints of rosemary. The plant's volatile oil is high in thujone, a substance found in absinthe -- and can be toxic in large amounts.

Also Known As: Holland gin, , Dutch gin, Genever What it is: GinAlso called Holland Gin or Genever, it is a juniper-flavored and strongly alcoholic traditional liquor of the Netherlands, Belgium and Northern France, from which gin evolved.
Fill a quart decanter 1/3 full of tansy, and pour in gin to fill up the balance 1/3 tansy to 2/3 gin. Serve to customers in a wine-glass.
